December and January news and updates

Dear %FIRSTNAME%,
Firstly, I want to say a huge thank you. Since I started on my path as a yoga therapist and teacher, I have been privileged to meet and be alongside so many wonderful people.Thank you for your openness and trust. I really am so grateful for the opportunity to share this work with you.
.
I will be taking an extended break from teaching and yoga therapy work towards the end of December and into January - details are as follows:
Classes:
Monday in person 5.30-6.30 @ Florence Park Community Centre - Last class will be Monday 22nd of December - class will start again on Monday 2nd February (after panto!)
Wednesday online (and in person at the Yurt @ Oxford City Farm if it's warm enough!) Last class Wednesday 17th of December - Class will start again on Wednesday 28th of January.
Any 5 class passes bought in December will be extended so that expiry is 6 weeks from the 2nd of February. (buy them now before price rises that I am making in Feb!)
During this extended break, I will be sending out some recorded practices to people on my mailing list - a little gift to support you to keep your practice going. If you have friends interested in yoga, maybe you could set up a little practice circle? Or encourage them to sign up to get classes straight to their inbox!
Yoga Therapy
My last working week with individual clients will be the week commencing the 15th of December. I will then be available for 1 to 1 work with clients from the first week in February. My intention is that my main yoga therapy days will be Wednesdays and Thursdays from this point. It is likely I will have some availability for individual work in February so please be in touch if you would like to discuss the possibility of yoga therapy. you can book a free introductory call here
I have already mentioned what a pleasure it is to offer yoga to you all - maybe you could experience a little of this joy by giving the gift of yoga to someone you care about. I have vouchers available that can be redeemed against classes. You can purchase them here (or via the banner on the homepage of my website and perhaps experience some that glow! Vouchers will be delivered straight to the lucky recipient via email on a date specified by you!

I am so excited that, after many hours of additional training, reflection and reading and learning from my own quite challenging personal experience, I am bringing my Yoga Therapy for Menopause and Beyond course to midlife women in Oxford. It has been a long time in the making, and I am so looking forward to sharing the practices that have helped me and many others navigate this fascinating and complex transition time.
We will come together every 3rd Sunday of the month from January to June for a retreat-style afternoon workshop. There will be space for learning, sharing and of course yoga, breath work, meditation and rest practices. I will also provide written resources and reflections, and recorded practices for you to engage with between sessions. A huge part of the richness will be the support of the group. All that is missing is you!
You can book via this link or please feel free toy get in touch if you have questions.
There is an early bird discount running until the 31st of December, which makes the whole six-session course £270 - (full price of £300 from the 1st of January) Payment plans are available.
Please share details of this course as widely as you are able. Thank you.

I always hate to share this news, but from when I start back with classes and 1 to 1 therapeutic work in January/February, I will also be increasing my prices.
In-person yoga sessions will now be on a self-decided sliding scale of £10, £12 or £14 per session. and online classes will increase to £9 per class.
Yoga therapy pricing will also increase to £90 for an initial assessment session (up to 1.5 hours) and £70 for subsequent 1-hour sessions.
The increase in pricing reflects the increase in cost of insurance, regulation, supervision and my additional training and experience.
If these increases make accessing yoga or yoga therapy impossible for you, please be in touch, and we can discuss a way forward.
Thank you again for all your support and for the opportunity to share this work with you. Warmly
Lucie
