Sleep eludes many of us at some point in our lives. The reasons for broken sleep are as varied as we are.
During this five-week course, you have the opportunity to gain insight into what may be affecting your sleep and learn about and practice a variety of ways to repair your sleep.
Using evidence-based techniques, including breath and body work and therapeutic tools such as mindfulness and cognitive reframing, it is possible to come into a new relationship with disrupted sleep. This top-down and bottom-up approach has been linked with improved mental and physical well-being as well as improved sleep.
A supportive small group environment (maximum of 12 participants) provides the opportunity for sharing experiences and asking questions.
The included course manual provides extensive background information and reflection questions to help you gain insight into your experience and the effects of the practices you are participating in.
Home practice videos will also be made available to help you develop a consistent yoga practice that supports better rest and sleep.
If you have any questions about the course or would like to speak to me before signing up, please get in touch via starlingyogatherapy@gmail.com or 01865 296468 (WhatsApp messages possible via this number)
The cost for this course is £165 or £140 if booked before the 31st of August 2025.
Includes 10 hours of contact time, course manual and home practice audio and video recordings.
I am also available for 1 to 1 yoga therapy to support sleep, or anything else. If you are interested, why not book a free 15-minute phone consultation here
