You are welcome if you have a long-established practice, are an occasional yogi or are considering yoga for the first time.
I teach in a non-dogmatic and inclusive way. Encouraging you develop awareness and to practice in a way that suits your body in the moment.

I always bring a few mats and props for you to borrow if you need them.
