Week 8 Asana Practice

Our theme as we practice in this final week of the course is Finding the pleasant. As we talked about during the course, this doesnt mean, ignoring or supressing more difficult feelings, but about developing a capacity to shift attention.

By seeking out the pleasant in our experience, we can then practice allowing that thought, feeling or sensation to bloom in a way the more difficult thoughts can seem to proliferate of their own accord.

Experiencing the pleasant in this way, may provide emotional blaast to help us be with more difficult situations.
