Week 5 Asana Practice

In this week's practice I invite you to develop an awareness of body sensation as you practice. Sensations that arise from movement or stretch, sensations that naturally arise such as ich or throbbing and also sensations that may co- arise with thoughts, emotions or feelings.

Again be patient, this can take time to develop. And if being with sensation becomes overwhelming you can choose to stay with it and see what happens, or to come back to breath or grounding practices to provide some respite from any intensity you don't feel it is wise to sit with today.

Bring loving, kind awareness to yourelf in this practice, and know that how a practice lands for you today may be different to how you experience tomorrow. Try to stay curious and compassionate.
