Week 2 Asana practice

I am very happy that you are returning to the practices we explored in the Yoga Therapy for Mental Health and wellbeing course.

The focus this week is bringing the breath down as we practice physical postures. We use Ujjayi/Ocean breath on the inhale to help bring the breath down and then lean into long slow Ujjayi/Ocean breath on the exhale to bring a sense a calm as we move.
